Prof. Dr. Zoran Radojicic is a full professor at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. He was born in 1967 in Belgrade, where He finished all levels of education, including doctoral studies. It has been working since 1995 as a teacher at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON), University of Belgrade. He teaches several information systems and statistics cases at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, the University of Belgrade, and the University of Novi Sad. He is head of the Department of Operational Research and Statistics and Laboratory for Statistics "StatLab." He received his master's degree in 2001 in the field of technical sciences in the problems of determining the "field of sensitivity" in cases of poorly discriminatory phenomena. Furthermore, he received his doctorate in 2007 in technical sciences, an area of organizational sciences at determining the preference coefficient as measuring methods.

During his work at the Faculty, he published more than 100 scientific works, and so far, he has been quoted over 1000 times, while Hirsch's index is 22. He participated in the creation of a master's program at the University of Novi Sad within the Tempus program. He completed the specialization at the European Center for Disease Control, Stockholm, Sweden (Karolinska Institute). Within the teaching activities at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, he performed as a mentor to several doctors of science.
His work at the University was engaged in all cycles of strategic projects of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia. He participated in 6 Ministry projects as a project manager during his career. He is a member of the scientific registry committee for electronics, telecommunications, and information technology in the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia. Not only that, but he is a member of the Council of the University of Belgrade.
In the period 2010-2012. Prof. dr Zoran Radojicic worked on a project with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Turkey on the task of an international character in connection with improving agricultural production.
In the period from 2007-2016. Zoran was a consultant on the Electric Power Company System Republika Srpska reconstruction projects as a World Bank aid to the Holding company EPRS. The engagement included a comprehensive analysis and consideration of the situation in the Electric Power Industry of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with an emphasis on the harmonization of systems with the obligations of Republika Srpska to avoid possible errors that would be harmful to the EP Republika Srpska.
In the period 2014-2018. Zoran was involved in the Census of Bosnia and Herzegovina project as an advisor to the Republika Srpska Statistical Office and the Mediator between the BIH Agency, the Federal Bureau of BIH, and the Statistical Office of the Republika Srpska. Within this engagement, he took care of the Census and compliance with knowledge and contacts between the Institute and Partners in the field. He worked closely in the counseling of steps to be taken to prevent side effects and integrity violations.
In 2012, he participated as a team member in the project of control of the Olympic Games in London, the technical operating center of the Games. Dr. Zoran Radojicic is a member of several international associations (Member of Ascent, the Business Technology Forum; Member of Exit, Directory of Experts in Information Handling). He is a member of the Statistical Society of Serbia and the President of the Section for Theoretical Statistics.
By UN TAC in 2018, he implemented and controlled the elections in the Kingdom of Cambodia. From 2017-2020, he was engaged in the Republic of Albania on the Population Census and Agriculture Census projects. In 2019, a complete pilot project of the Census of the Republic of Albania was prepared. He also participated in the Census of the Republic of Serbia in 2021 and 2022.
He speaks English and serves Russian.
