| 2016 | Results from a psychological selection (phase 1-A) indicated the average cognitive and psychomotor achievement, while personality traits are pointing to a reduced resistance to stress. In phase 1-B, in a group of 11 candidates selective flight results showed that the applicant only had a prediction of slow flight development. Because of cadet personality traits, in the air he was overstressed, showed decreased cognitive functioning, attention disorder and psychomotor rigidity. In the second selective flying phase (phase 2) , during the academic schooling , when cadets are directed towards a particular type of aviation, after the use of flight simulator , cadet showed effect of improving performance in real flight situation. Using FSX for 10 h. He improved procedural memory, coping skills and self-esteem. He ranked as third in the group. | S.
