Maja Ćirić is a marketing professor at the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management in Novi Sad. Born and raised in Serbia, she discovered her passion for academic excellence at a young age. Maja's exceptional academic achievements began during her time in elementary school, where she earned numerous awards and recognition, including notable accomplishments at inter-school competitions and the prestigious Vuk's Diploma.

After completing her primary education, Maja Ćirić continued her education at the "Dušan Vasiljev" Gymnasium in Kikinda, where she was awarded the Vuk's Diploma. In 2004, she graduated from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Economics, obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Economics. Recognized as one of the top students, she received an esteemed invitation from the founder of the Faculty of Service Business to join the institution as a teaching assistant, enabling her to further develop her skills and expand her knowledge in the field of marketing.

Driven by her passion for continuous learning, Maja Ćirić pursued her Master's degree in Management at the Faculty of Management, Braća Karić University in Belgrade. In 2007, she joined the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management, Privredna Akademija University in Novi Sad, as a teaching assistant, solidifying her expertise in the realm of economics and management.

In 2009, she successfully defended her doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management, Privredna Akademija University in Novi Sad. Her dedication and scholarly contributions were duly recognized, leading to her appointment as an assistant professor. In the same year, she was honored with the position of Vice Dean for Education. In 2014, Maja Ćirić was appointed as an associate professor, and in 2018, she achieved the rank of full professor.

Throughout her career, she has published over fifty scientific papers, playing a pivotal role in various international and domestic research projects. Maja Ćirić has also written the scientific monograph "Customer Relationship Management in Banks" and co-authored the textbook "Service Marketing." Her scholarly contributions have earned her the opportunity to serve as a respected reviewer for reputable journals such as Economy and Market Communication Review, Food and Feed Research, Industrija, Marketing, Ekonomija-teorija i praksa, Pravo - teorija i praksa, Kultura polisa, among others. Additionally, she actively contributes to the editorial boards of Ekonomija-teorija i praksa and Journal of Entrepreneurship and Business Resilience.

Currently, Maja Ćirić holds the esteemed position of full professor at the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she serves as the Vice Dean for Accreditation, meticulously overseeing the preparation of documentation for the accreditation and reaccreditation processes of higher education institutions and study programs. Since 2012, she has been a reviewer for the Commission for Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Higher Education Institutions and Study Programs of the Republic of Serbia. She has completed numerous tasks for KAPK and NAT.
