Dr. Dragan Milošević was born on August 22, 1979, in Požarevac, Republic of Serbia, Europe. He achieved remarkable success during his education, receiving the highest recognition for his achievements in mathematics and informatics at Gymnasium in Požarevac.

He pursued his higher education at the Technical Faculty "Mijahlo Pupin" in Zrenjanin, where he obtained his Bachelor's degree in production management in 2005, boasting an impressive average grade of 8.44. Dragan continued to excel in his academic journey, completing his Master's degree in Technical Sciences from the same faculty in 2009.

Driven by his passion for knowledge, Dragan enrolled in the doctoral program at the Department of Mechanical Engineering-Industrial Engineering, Technical Faculty "Mijahlo Pupin," University of Novi Sad, in 2009. He successfully defended his doctoral dissertation, earning his Doctorate in Technical Sciences.

Following the completion of his doctorate, Dragan Milošević assumed the role of Assistant Professor in the field of mechanical engineering and road traffic at the Faculty of Applied Science in Niš, Union Nikola Tesla University, Belgrade.

From 2016 to 2018, he held the position of Head of the Road Traffic study program.

In 2018, Dragan was honored with the title of Associate Professor in the field of road traffic at the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management in Novi Sad. Concurrently, he took on the responsibility of leading the study program for Road Traffic from 2018 to 2020.

Dr. Milošević is an accomplished educator with expertise spanning various disciplines. He actively participates in teaching a diverse range of subjects at both basic and master's levels. His areas of instruction encompass modeling and simulations, modern aspects of transport vehicles and materials, transport and maintenance, operation and maintenance of road vehicles and motor vehicles, the impact of traffic on the environment, vehicle dynamics, basics of machinery, mechanical engineering, and engineering drawing.

Throughout his career, Dragan has made significant contributions to scientific literature, publishing around 100 scientific papers and books, with a primary focus on machine learning, reliability and maintenance, road traffic, and mechanical engineering.

Beyond academia, Dragan holds a certified alpine climbing instructor status, having obtained a UIAA certificate, which reflects his dedication to outdoor pursuits and adventure. In 2015, he participated in the BMC camp in Great Britain as a member of the Serbian national team.
